who we are and what we do

At CIRQ-HIIT we have created a non-intimidating and encouraging community of members and coaches that will make your training experience enjoyable and will support you to achieve long-lasting health and fitness results.

WHO WE ARE

We are a training studio in Woodford with a passion for helping & supporting clients to achieve their goals and learn to love exercise and make leading a healthy lifestyle achievable. We offer 3 types of training sessions; Private (1 person), Semi private (4 people), Small group (8-10 People).

All sessions at CIRQ-HIIT are lead by one of our coaches in order to ensure you are getting the most out of your training, educating you on good technique and form to keep you safe and maximise each and every movement and to hold you accountable.Our coaching team seamlessly blends the science of training with the art of coaching to help you enjoy each session. We want you to look forward to your time at CIRQ-HIIT, stick to your fitness routine, and maintain those awesome results.

WHO WE HELP

Our clients are all ages, all fitness abilities, all shapes and sizes but they all support each other with the same commitment of making progress towards achieving their goal whilst providing added accountability and enjoyment to their experience at CIRQ-HIIT. There is no pre requisite fitness level needed to be able to start your journey with CIRQ-HIIT, (just about to hit you with a big cheesy cliche)​ it doesn’t matter where you start, all that matters is that you start.

It doesn’t matter If you have tried gyms before and they’re not for you, we pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with a programme that is flexible enough to fit your busy lifestyle whilst getting you the results you deserve.

  • What Should I bring to class?
    A reusable water bottle and a will to sweat!
  • Am I ready for a CIRQ-HIIT class?
    Don’t be intimidated! We have alternative exercises at each circuit. Our instructors ask if you have any injuries or areas of concern at the beginning of each class: your health and safety is our #1 concern. We explain each exercise upon each circuit rotation.
  • How many calories does CIRQ-HIIT burn?
    You burn roughly 400-760 calories a class – but keep in mind the Afterburn Effect. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) burns calories for up to 48 hours after a workout!
  • What Should I Wear to CIRQ-HIIT?
    Athletic shoes and breathable clothing that you don’t mind getting sweaty.
  • What Time Should I arrive?
    Arrive 15 minutes before your session so we can check you in, show you around and let you know what to expect.
  • Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
    Please check with your doctor before participating in a CIRQ-HIIT session if pregnant. If you are given the green light by a medical professional, we encourage you to join us! Simply monitor your heart rate and only do what makes you comfortable throughout the session. We will help tailor your workout to accommodate your comfort.
