Coaching

Our coaches are there to make sure that you get the best results possible. To tweak your program when needed so that you never plateau. But most importantly, to motivate, inspire, and keep you dedicated so that you reach your goal no matter if that is losing 10 pounds or 100 pounds.

Workouts

Our workouts are a combination of strength training and interval training designed for any fitness level. 

Our unique CIRQ-HIIT workouts deliver twice the results in half the time by utilizing a process called EPOC. So rather than spending hours and hours in the gym each week feeling lost, confused, and like you're wasting your time, you will feel better than you have in years (maybe even ever)!

CIRQ-HIIT Nutrition System

We do nutrition differently. For us, it's not about cutting out foods or even food groups. It's not about eating no carbs. It's not restrictive so that you have to cook 2 meals for your family.

In fact, it's the opposite. We show you how you can eat all the foods you love and burn fat. How you can enjoy life and still see amazing-fast results.

FAQ's

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our private facility is located behind Woodford Library, on a little access road you enter from the opposite end of the high street. We have a few private and free parking spaces available, but the Monkhams estate offers ample free parking. On site we have toilet and shower facilities. You'll be able to find us via google maps using the postcode IG8 OHH.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

No, we provide all equipment required to do the sessions, just bring a water bottle. Toilet and shower facilities are available on site.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The sessions are professionally programmed by our coaches based around simple but quality workouts and effective exercises (no running) to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – and make you feel good. We do track attendance, to limit numbers and more importantly make sure you are staying on track. so we will ask you to download our app and book your sessions.

I'M REALLY UNFIT, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

Absolutely because there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities (and we don't do running) and you simply go at your own pace.

DO YOU OFFER PAYG?

PAYG (Pay As You Go) We don't, as we can’t sell you the results you desire if we don’t know when you’re going to turn up. Therefore we believe offering PAYG is actually doing you a dis-service.

​

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL?

We do but in the CIRQ-HIIT way as we don't believe you experience what we offer in a one-off session. Our Trial is our guarantee. Book on our programme and if after two weeks you want to leave then we'll give you a refund.

How it works:

​

1) You register for our 28 Day Kick Start Program 

2) You get “Access To All Areas” just like a fully fledge member; Attend Sessions at our state of the art, fully equipped indoor training facility, you'll be invited into all Membership Groups, plus receive all the Coaching and Support from our Specialist trainers.

​

This will give you a far better idea of what we do because it’s more than just an exercise class. Then, if you find any time during the 28 Days it’s not for you - no problem - we’ll refund your investment.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 28 Days?

We strongly believe in a long-term solution and creating a lifestyle change. Our aim is to help you flip that short term, quick fix Mindset, to one that is more focused on the long term and a forever solution. You can transform your entire body and mind without even realising it by focusing on the process, your daily and weekly actions, rather than solely on the outcome. 

​

After the initial 28 days, there are a couple of options to continue as a Full CIRQ-HIIT member. These will be discussed in week 3 of the program when you’ll have your Progress Call with one of our specialist coaches.

I would definitely recommend CIRQ-HIIT Fitness
I started at CIRQ after my friend took me for a taster session and i loved it from there.
